A planning guide drawn to scale — the 2026 deadlines themselves are not set yet.
The 2026 edition takes place on 22–25 March 2027 at Pro Magno Centro de Eventos, São Paulo. The deadlines that follow from those dates — applications, any early-bird offer, payments, visa support and shipping — will be listed below as soon as BBCCI sets them.
Some steps take time. The Embassy of Brazil in Dhaka says a visa may take up to 20 working days to process, and in 2025 BBCCI's own plan set aside about two months before the expo for visa formalities. Start collecting your documents early.
Every deadline shows its time zone. Dhaka is 9 hours ahead of São Paulo.
