How to pay your invoice

You pay against a proforma invoice that BBCCI issues in your participant portal. Choose a method below and keep your proof of payment.

Ways to pay

  • In Bangladesh

Bank transfer or pay order in Bangladesh

    1. Proforma invoice in the portal
    2. Pay in taka, invoice number as reference
    3. Upload the deposit slip

Pay the amount on your proforma invoice into BBCCI's bank account by bank transfer, pay order or a deposit at the bank counter, and write your invoice number as the payment reference. Then upload the deposit slip or transfer confirmation on the invoice page in the portal. Participants in Bangladesh pay in taka; the taka amount is printed on the invoice.

  • In Bangladesh · not switched on yet

    Online payment (when enabled)

    1. Proforma invoice in the portal
    2. Card, bKash or Nagad
    3. Recorded against your invoice

When BBCCI switches on online payment, a Pay online option will appear on your invoice in the portal. You will then be able to pay by card, bKash or Nagad through a Bangladeshi payment gateway, and the payment is recorded against your invoice. Until then, please use one of the other methods.

  • Outside Bangladesh

    International bank transfer (SWIFT)

    1. Proforma invoice in the portal
    2. SWIFT in US dollars to Dhaka
    3. Upload the bank's confirmation

Payers outside Bangladesh can send a SWIFT transfer in US dollars to BBCCI's bank in Dhaka against the proforma invoice. Quote the invoice number in the payment details and upload the bank's transfer confirmation in the portal. Bank charges are handled as stated on your invoice.

Where to find BBCCI's bank details

For your security, BBCCI's bank account details are not published on this website. You will find them on your proforma invoice and on the payment page of the portal, once BBCCI has confirmed them for the 2026 edition.

If anyone sends you different account details by e-mail, phone or WhatsApp, do not pay. Check with BBCCI through the contact page first.

Participants who log in see BBCCI's bank details on this page.

Confirmation and receipts

BBCCI checks each payment against its bank statement or the gateway record. Once your payment is confirmed, the invoice in the portal changes to Paid and a money receipt appears there for you to download. You also receive an e-mail.

The receipt shows your invoice number, the amount received, the date and the payment method. Keep it with your deposit slip or transfer confirmation. If your invoice still shows as unpaid several working days after you paid, write to the expo team with the invoice number and your proof of payment.
