Buyer or importer
For importers, wholesalers, distributors and retailers from Brazil and Latin America who want to source from Bangladeshi manufacturers. Brazilian companies register with their CNPJ and receive a QR e-badge.
Entry for Brazilian trade visitors was free with pre-registration in 2025. BBCCI will confirm the 2026 policy.

Trade visitor
For professionals who want to see the exhibition and the programme: buying and product teams, consultants, logistics and trade-service companies, chambers and associations.
Free with pre-registration in 2025; the 2026 policy will be confirmed by BBCCI.

Bangladeshi delegate
For Bangladeshi importers and business people who travel to São Paulo with the business delegation, without a stall. In 2025 a delegate place cost US$1,000 per person and included B2B matchmaking.
Paid package. BBCCI will confirm the 2026 delegate package and fee.

For officials, diplomats and leaders of business organisations invited by BBCCI to the opening and other sessions of the programme.

For journalists, photographers and film crews covering the expo. BBCCI reviews each accreditation request.
