Bangladeshi companies took part in the 2025 edition in one of two ways: as an exhibitor, with their own stall at the expo, or as a delegate, joining the business delegation to visit the expo and take part in the B2B matchmaking and networking sessions, without a stall.
The figures on this page are the 2025 fees as BBCCI published them. BBCCI has not yet announced the packages and fees for the 2026 edition (22–25 March 2027); when it does, this page and the calculator will be updated. The amount you pay is always the one on your proforma invoice.
2025 packages
In 2025 BBCCI offered two categories: an exhibitor stall at US$4,000 per company and a delegate place at US$1,000 per person. Registrations completed by the early-bird date received a 10% discount. Brazilian trade visitors did not pay: entry was free with pre-registration.
Prices shown are the 2025 edition's. BBCCI will confirm the packages and fees for 2026; until then these figures are for reference only.

In 2025, registrations completed by the early-bird deadline (extended to 15 February) received a 10% discount; any early-bird offer for 2026 will be announced by BBCCI. Flights, hotel, visa fees and freight are not included.

Sending this form does not book a stall. Participation is confirmed once your application is approved and paid.
