In 2025 BBCCI offered two categories. An exhibitor stall cost US$4,000 per company and covered one 8 × 8 ft stall, two company representatives in the business delegation, venue rental, stall preparation and branding. A delegate place cost US$1,000 per person and included B2B matchmaking. Registrations completed by the early-bird date received a 10% discount.
Prices shown are from the 2025 edition. BBCCI will confirm the 2026 packages and fees; until then they are for reference only.

Bringing goods to the expo
Brazil does not accept ATA Carnets. Exhibition goods normally enter under temporary admission, with taxes suspended, as long as they are used only for the event and are then re-exported or otherwise settled. Brazilian customs systems require a Brazilian consignee with a CNPJ, so exhibition goods travel under a Brazilian beneficiary such as the forwarder or customs broker. Shipping arrangements for 2026 will be set out in the exhibitor manual.
Medicines not registered with ANVISA may not enter Brazil for exhibition or demonstration. Medical devices, cosmetics and food need ANVISA's prior approval before they can be shown. Goods you plan to sell or leave with a buyer need a regular import by a Brazilian importer.
General information from official Brazilian sources, checked on 12 October 2026. It is not legal, tax or customs advice; confirm every requirement with a licensed Brazilian customs broker before shipping.
The 2026 deadlines will be listed here once BBCCI confirms the dates.
