Your application, company documents, invoice and team badges are handled online in the exhibitor portal. Here is how it works.

Five steps to apply

  1. Create your account

Sign up with your company e-mail address and confirm it from the e-mail you receive.

  2. Describe your company

Enter your company details, sector, products and the markets you export to. Once you are confirmed, this becomes your profile in the exhibitor directory.

  5. Submit and follow your status

Submit the application and follow its status in your dashboard. If anything is missing, BBCCI will tell you there.

Medicines, medical devices, cosmetics and food

If your company makes medicines, medical devices, cosmetics, personal-care products or food, the application asks you to declare it. Brazil's health regulator, ANVISA, controls these products at trade fairs too.

Medicines not registered with ANVISA may not enter Brazil for exhibition or demonstration. Medical devices, cosmetics, sanitising products and food can be shown only with ANVISA's prior favourable decision, and medical devices and cosmetics shown at the fair must all go back abroad afterwards. Pharmaceutical exhibitors should plan to present registration files, certificates and product information rather than the products themselves.

BBCCI reviews applications that declare these products before approving them, so that what you plan to show can be cleared in time. General information from official Brazilian sources, checked on 12 October 2026. It is not legal or customs advice; confirm every requirement with a licensed Brazilian customs broker before shipping.

After you submit

Your application status

You receive an e-mail whenever your status changes.

BBCCI reviews your application and documents, and may ask in the portal for a missing or clearer document. You receive an e-mail whenever your status changes.

When your application is approved, your proforma invoice and the terms of participation appear in the portal. Accept the terms and pay as shown on the invoice; the payment instructions page explains the options. BBCCI confirms your participation once your payment has been received.

From then on, the portal is where you prepare: read the exhibitor manual, register your team's badges, request visa support letters and plan how your samples will travel. If any information you give turns out to be misleading or false, BBCCI may cancel the application.
